At a dinner, a party or a networking meetup, the guest list is what matters: who got an invitation, who confirmed and who arrived. In CatMai you pick the “Small event” format and fill in only the date, the start and end time, and the venue.

How to use CatMai

    Pick the “Small event” format, then fill in the date, the start and end time, and the venue.

    Build the guest list and send the invitations. Each guest confirms from the email and gets a QR ticket.

    At the door, scan tickets with your phone. Check-in keeps working on a weak connection, and scans sync once it is back.

Durations are examples. The organizer sets the schedule and controls when each slot starts.

Which package fits

Free covers a one-day event with up to 50 participants. For a bigger list, Plus allows 100 participants per event and Pro 1000.

Free is permanent. Plus and Pro are bought for 1–24 months and the number of active events you need, with no automatic renewal. After expiry, paid events remain readable; events already started may continue until expiry +24h under the access rules.
