How to use CatMai

    Prepare sessions, speakers and breaks. For multiple stages, create the event structure and secondary stages.

    Share the relevant links with the operators and speakers for each stage.

    Follow sessions and adjust their durations from the control view. Use registration and QR check-in for attendee access.

Durations are examples. The organizer sets the schedule and controls when each slot starts.

Which package fits

Multiple stages require Pro: up to 2 secondary stages, 100 agenda items and 1000 participants per event. A small single-stage conference can use a lower tier within its limits.

Free is permanent. Plus and Pro are bought for 1–24 months and the number of active events you need, with no automatic renewal. After expiry, paid events remain readable; events already started may continue until expiry +24h under the access rules.
